Ingredients: Assorted mushrooms, garlic, thyme, onions, parsley, butter, heavy cream, vegetable bouillon.
Melt butter in pan, sauté onions, garlic, thyme and mushrooms. Mix the bouillon with 3-4 cups of water. Let it simmer then add heavy cream.
