Ingredients: Chopped potatoes, chopped leeks, roasted garlic and organic vegetable bouillon.
Instructions: In a large pot, saute leeks, in a little olive oil on low to medium heat until semi soft. Add potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are soft. Remove from heat. Add bouillon and garlic. Puree until smooth.
